In the Site Details panel you’ll find all the general information about your website, from billing data to the invoice and payment history.
How to edit account details:
1. Go to the right side of the Toolbar
2. Click on Site Details
3. Click on Dashboard
4. Click on Change Password
5. Enter the current password, choose a new password and confirm
How to edit billing details
1. Go to the right side of the Toolbar
2. Click on Site Details
3. Click on Edit billing details
4. Edit the data and click Save to save the changes
How to download a copy of invoices
1. Go to the right side of the Toolbar
2. Click on Site Details
3. Click on Invoice history
4. Click the arrow on the right to download the invoice PDF
5. Tick “Send invoice automatically” at the top right to receive invoices automatically
Note: only the original site owner can download and edit billing details, not administrators.
Good to know: if you can’t download the invoice by clicking the download button, it’s very likely you have a browser extension enabled that blocks downloads or pop-ups. Disable browser extensions and try downloading again.
How to view the payment dates for your services
1. Go to the right side of the Toolbar
2. Click on Site Details
3. Click on Payment history
